JOHN McCAIN VERSUS ELLEN DEGENERES ON GAY MARRIAGE This wasn't much of a debate but you do have to admit how far things have come when a conservative-minded guy like John McCain is willing to come on to a show hosted by a well-known Lesbian and talk about gay marriage. He looks antiquated in this position, yet we know there is a large percentage out there like him who think the same way. They're not virulent or fanatics, they just have a soft spoken prejudice. They'll come around eventually.
